Membership Options:

Drop in fee - $10

Drop in fee for lunchtime classes - $5

One month membership, unlimited classes - $60

One month membership, lunchtime classes only - $40

Three month membership - $165

Three month membership, lunchtime classes - $110

Personal Training:

One-on-one training - $25/hour

Small group training (2-5 people) - $40/hour

 

 

Classes-

Kickboxing:

Our kickboxing class is special...we get to punch and kick freestanding punching bags!  You will work your core, arms, legs, coordination, butts, shoulders, balance...you name it and we work it!  Not to mention the stress relief that comes from making contact with the bag...there is nothing like it!  We perform combinations with a variety of punches, blocks, and kicks on and off the bags.  We also include some strength training and we always end every class with a good stretch.  You will burn a ton of calories with this one, so go for it! This class is FUN!

Spinning:

An aerobic workout that takes place on a stationary bike.  Spinning burns some serious calories and is an awesome cardiovascular workout.  It is different than other indoor cycling classes in that Spinning is set to simulate outdoor riding.  Because you are staying in one place this class does not require a lot of coordination so it is easier to concentrate on form.  Spinning is a great class for those with knee, back, or ankle injuries.  During the class you will vary your pace between pedaling fast and slow.  Cranking up the tension will allow you to focus inwardly using your mind as well as body.

**You need to sign up and reserve your bike for Spinning Classes since space is limited.  Please call if  you are unable to attend a class you signed up for as there may be someone on the cancellation list that can take your spot.**

Strength Intervals:

We typically start with a short cardio warm up, then move back to the weights. Different strength moves are incorporated to ensure a total body workout. Short bursts of cardiovascular work will also be included in between different sets in order to keep your heart rate up and burn those calories!

30/30:

Always a Zone favorite! Our 30/30 class is another mix of strength and cardio. We start with 30 minutes of Rip Strength and then switch gears for 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing. This class is fun and high energy with great music to keep you pumped up to work hard!

HIIT:

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundres percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Tabata:

Tabata circuit training is one of the most effective type of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

Core & More:

Core focused strength workout utilizing stability balls, weights and other equipment as well as bodyweight exercises to get an excellent core workout while also getting some training in on other muscle groups!
